REVIERTE has the general objective of acting across the entire forest value chain (forest–industry), applying an integrated forest and hydrological management approach that values timber and water resources as a strategy to reverse current depopulation and aging trends in northeastern Granada.

Specific objectives:

Develop and implement a silvicultural model in Granada that promotes sustainable timber use through active, preventive, and adaptive forest management.

Preserve and improve traditional water management practices in Granada and their governance.

Increase the resilience of forest stands and water resources in Granada against climate change.
